Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
SSG South West LTD offers services in plumbing, heating, gas, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, and general building work.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if circumstances change.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
- We accept BACS and other agreed payment methods.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials or appliances.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., supply chain issues, weather). We are fully insured for public liability and operate in compliance with industry safety standards.
7. Access & Responsibility
Clients must ensure we have safe access to the property. Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and personal property during works.
8. Customer Satisfaction
We aim for 100% satisfaction. Please raise any concerns as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
